The entry fee will be 120 USDT, calculated based on the initial 3,000 USDT trial deposit plus the 5,000 USDT top-up amount.
How is the 30% performance fee calculated?
The performance fee is applied when the account balance exceeds the Highest Watermark
Example : If a customer deposits 8,000 USDT when starting with OMEGA BOT, and by the end of the month, the account balance grows to 9,000 USDT, this means a profit of 1,000 USDT The Profit Sharing fee is 30 of the generated profit, meaning the customer must pay 300 USDT (30% of 1,000 USDT).
Case: When the account balance is lower than the Highest Watermark
Example : If a customer deposits 8,000 USDT when starting with OMEGA BOT, but by the end of the month, the account balance decreases to 7,000 USDT, this means a loss of 1,000 USDT. In this case, no Profit Sharing fee will be charged for that month.
During the 3-month OMEGA BOT trial period. If a customer invests 3,000 USDT during the trial period, any profits earned within these 3 months will not be subject to Profit Sharing fees.
What is the Highest Water Mark?
The Highest Water Mark (HWM) refers to the previous highest portfolio value after deducting fees. The performance fee is charged only when the net asset value on the fee calculation date exceeds the previous Highest Water Mark (meaning the portfolio has generated additional profits beyond the last fee calculation point). However, if the portfolio value is lower than the previous HWM, no performance fee will be charged.
Example : At the beginning of February, the Highest Water Mark is 8,000 USDT. By the end of February, the account balance increases to 9,000 USDT (after deducting fees). At the beginning of March, the Highest Water Mark is adjusted to 9,000 USDT (based on the balance at the end of February).
How many days in advance should a withdrawal or deposit request be made?
Withdrawal or deposit transactions will be processed 3 days after the request date.
Why is a 3-day notice required for withdrawal and deposit transactions?
The system needs to verify ongoing orders. If there are active orders, they must be completed before the transaction can proceed.
The Highest Water Mark fee is settled at the end of each month. If a customer wishes to withdraw or deposit during the month, the fees must be paid first. Only if there are profits during this time can the transaction proceed.
When can you start using OMEGA BOT?
OMEGA BOT activation and contract signing take place twice a month, on the 1st and 16th of each month.
